Supplemental Reporting Procedures

All USSF Supplemental Reports for matches in New Jersey must be submitted as follows:

​

For all matches, send to:

-NJ SRA (sra@njrefs.com)

-NJSRC Referee Office (office@njrefs.com)

-Assignor for that game

-League for that game (the specific email for the league or league contact should be made available either by the assignor or in the league’s Rules of Competition)

For all youth matches, send to all above plus the NJ SYRA (syra@njrefs.com).

The report must be sent to the above emails directly by the Referee.

For leagues with electronic match reporting, a copy of the Supplemental Report still must be sent to all above.
